刪除 FoodWalker 帳戶及個人資料

你可以隨時要求刪除 FoodWalker 帳戶及相關個人資料。

申請步驟

1. 以註冊帳戶時使用的電郵地址，發送電郵至 acai.limited@gmail.com，主旨寫「FoodWalker 刪除帳戶」。
2. 在電郵中提供註冊姓名及電話號碼，以便核實帳戶。
3. 如無法使用註冊電郵，請致電客服 +852 9724 5335，我們會協助核實身分及提交申請。

完成身分核實後，我們會在 30 個曆日內刪除帳戶及與帳戶關聯的個人資料，包括第三方登入服務所提供的姓名、電郵地址及帳戶識別碼。刪除後，你不能再登入或查看過往訂單。

保留的資料

按適用法律、稅務或會計要求必須保存的已完成訂單及發票紀錄，會按法定期限保留，並只用於履行相關法定義務。其他帳戶資料會按上述時間刪除。

To request deletion of your FoodWalker account and associated personal data, email acai.limited@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “FoodWalker Delete My Account”. Include your registered name and phone number for verification. If you cannot use your registered email address, call +852 9724 5335 for help.

After identity verification, we will delete the account and associated personal data within 30 calendar days, including your name, email address, and account identifier obtained through third-party sign-in. Completed order and invoice records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes will be retained for the applicable statutory period and used only for those obligations.
